In this 1.5-hour session, you’ll hear from industry leaders who will share their insights on how Learning & Development (L&D) programs can drive leadership growth and organizational development in the social sector. Below are the featured speakers and what they will discuss:
Priya will delve into the impacts of L&D programs on personal growth, organizational effectiveness, and the broader sector. She will identify current gaps in L&D offerings, and provide insights into how L&D programs can be strengthened to enhance their impact and usefulness for the sector and its professionals.

Gayatri Nair Lobo, Chief Executive Officer, A.T.E. Chandra Foundation
Gayatri brings extensive experience in leading initiatives that drive social impact and organizational growth. She will speak about the way forward for ensuring wider adoption and prioritization of L&D programs in the social sector, and discuss strategies for overcoming barriers to investing in these programs.
Sharon Weir, Co-Founder of 4th Wheel, will moderate this session. She brings extensive experience building leadership capacity within NGOs and social enterprises and will highlight key strategies for making L&D programs more accessible and maximizing their impact across the sector.
