🌟 ATE Chandra Foundation Invites You to Shape Social Sector Leadership 🌟
Contribute your insights to a pivotal study on Learning and Development programs in India’s social sector.
Hello Changemakers,
Are you a senior professional in the social sector?
Have you participated in any Learning and Development (L&D) programs?
We want to hear from you!
India’s social sector is growing rapidly, with over 18.22 million professionals driving change. However, as this workforce expands, strong leadership and continuous development become more critical.
For over a decade, the ATE Chandra Foundation (ATECF) has been at the forefront of this effort, supporting L&D programs to develop high-performing professionals capable of leading transformative NGOs. Towards their commitment to enhance leadership across the sector, ATECF is working with 4th Wheel Social Impact to assess the effectiveness of L&D programs in India and identify areas for improvement.
Why Your Participation Matters
As a leader in the social sector, your insights are invaluable. We invite you to contribute by participating in a 15-minute survey. This study will:
Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Assess how well these programs are designed and delivered, and their impact on individuals and organizations.
Identify Gaps: Pinpoint areas where current L&D initiatives can be enhanced.
Develop an Assessment Framework: Create a tool to evaluate and improve L&D programs across the sector.
How You Can Contribute
Your experiences and insights will directly shape the future of L&D programs in the social sector. By participating in this study, you can help ensure that our sector’s growth is matched by strong, capable leadership.
What’s in It for You?
Influence Future Programs: Your feedback will guide the creation of more effective L&D initiatives.
Drive Sectoral Growth: Contribute to building a stronger, more capable social sector.
Create Lasting Impact: Help us ensure that every leader has the tools and knowledge to succeed.
