Youth Empowerment Scale for Akanksha Foundation: Developed a psychometric tool to measure alumni empowerment and assess impact beyond academics.
TESCO Waste Management Project: Built a monitoring framework to enhance waste management efficiency and safety for thousands of waste handlers.
M&E Quiz - Assessing MEAL Maturity
In 2023-2024, we launched an M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) Quiz to gauge the maturity of organizations’ MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) practices. The results reveal trends in MEAL capacity, resources, and methodologies across the sector.
40% of organizations who participanted have dedicated MEAL teams.
86% have developed Theory of Change frameworks, reflecting a proactive approach to impact planning.
A significant 53% are committed to tracking long-term impact metrics.
Gauging Success – Our Impact
Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 55 demonstrates high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. This year, we focused on creating impact across four essential areas that define our work.
